Company Acquisition

As of the 1st of January 2012 ALC, (Aarhus Logistics Center) took over the project activities of DMS K/S (Dansk Montage og Surring)

This take-over widens the expertise of ALC. We are now able to complete special projects such as: Total handling of larger shipments – Dismantling of entire factories – and Lashing on ships, flats and in containers. These projects can also include various welding jobs, project shipments, and packaging and carpentry jobs.

As well as ALC employing the permanent staff of DMS, we will also be able to call on the expertise of the former owners, Niels Ruthy and Leif Kristensen.

ALC already offers warehousing in the Port of Aarhus, where we handle all sorts of goods in containers, and on trailers, flats and other forms of transportation. ALC has its own heavy duty trucklift -up to 45 tons- but of course we can facilitate lifts of any size. Furthermore, we can offer inventory control, Custom control, documentation for plant, veterinary and fishery control, as well as any distribution of goods.
